Peanut Crisps

I recently subscribed to Martha Stewart’s newsletter entitled “cookie of the day”. Each day I get an e-mail from Martha with a photo and recipe for a cookie. It’s like I’ve invited the devil into my in-box. I’m not calling Martha the devil, just the cookies. They all look so good!

I couldn’t resist the recipe for Peanut Crisps. I love the sweet and salty flavor combination, and they are so easy to make.

The batter comes together in a snap. I love that you don't need to chop the peanuts.

Drop the dough onto a cookie sheet and press slightly to flatten them.

The cookies bake out into a flat crispy circle.

Sweet. Salty. Yummy.
